Fall Core Aeration
Our fall core aeration treatment has been exceeding expectations for more than 20 years!
Using our remarkable L.C.S. approach we will:
- Pull 6-10 cores per square foot, by doing this we are severing grass roots which creates 1000’s of new grass plants.
- Break down thatch, which will increase microbial activity.
- Create a seed bed for new and different types of grass seed.
*Optional at the time of aerating one of our specialist may recommend over seeding.
Our free estimate includes all of the following services:
Early Spring Treatment
This treatment includes a granular Organic Based Fertilizer to bring your lawn out of dormancy and slowly feed your lawn throughout the spring. A pre or post emergent weed control will also be applied. This is a very important step in stopping weeds like crabgrass from getting established in your yard.
Late Spring Treatment
This treatment includes our custom blend of liquid Micro & Macro Nutrients and Bio Stimulants. A pre or post emergent weed control will also be applied for both annual and perennial weeds.
This treatment includes our unique granular Organic Based Fertilizer to continually feed and keep your lawn green over the summer. Weed control will be applied for summer annuals and difficult to control perennials.
This treatment includes granular and/or liquid insecticide targeting turf damaging, surface feeding insects. For Ants, Ticks and Grubs (root feeding insects) optional treatments may be recommended.
Late Summer Treatment
This treatment includes our custom blend of liquid Macro & Micro Nutrients along with our exclusive grass root revitalizer. Weed control will also be applied for annual and perennial weeds.
This treatment includes a granular Organic Based Fertilizer with elevated levels of nutrients to keep the lawn healthy over the winter (winterizer). Weed control will be applied for all perennial weeds that are actively growing.
This mechanical process relieves compaction in your lawn by extracting cores of soil from your turf. Aerating breaks down thatch and allows moisture to the root zone promoting stronger and healthier root development.
*Optional over seeding may be recommended for overall lawn quality.
